Bulldogs thank Masons for continued support

Freemasons on the Central Coast (FotCC) have long supported the Central Coast Bulldogs Masters Team which is part of a Sydney-wide competition with players ranging from their mid-thirties to their oldest active player who is a ripe old 81 years!

The Bulldogs hosted a low-key end-of-season event on Saturday 28 November 2020. Following various other awards, a special presentation was made to Bro Steve Sullivan for ‘services assisting the CC Bulldogs by a non-member’.

This is the first year the CC Bulldogs have presented this award and it is one they aim to present annually. Trent Ainsworth from CC Bulldogs praised Steve for his ongoing support of the CC Bulldogs and Central Coast Kids in Need.
Then, in recognition of the ongoing support from Freemasons on the Central Coast, the Bulldogs presented a plaque and several CC Bulldogs polo shirts to FotCC president, VW Bro Geoff Bown.

In accepting the award, Geoff said the Freemasons are very proud to be associated with the CC Bulldogs as they are such a great community focused team, always the first to put their hands up to lend a hand with fundraising activities; always prepared to contribute more to the community than they’ve received.

Like Freemasons on the Central Coast, the CC Bulldogs are strong supporters of Central Coast Kids in Need and, following well-supported raffles conducted on the day, they presented a cheque for $1,600 to Lorraine Churchill and Rhonda Doyle representing the charity.
